IMPORTANT! ZOLL emsCharts for Windows 4.4.1 contains critical fixes related to data missing from Scene, HPI, and Times. If you have already updated to 4.4.0, we strongly recommend updating to 4.4.1 as soon as possible.

Remote Admin Tool
Learn more about the Remote Administration Tool for ZOLL emsCharts for Windows along with instructions to install/uninstall the Background Service and the optional Diagnostic Tool.
Note: There is no installer for the Remote Admin Tool since it is a browser-based tool. The emsCharts Windows Background Service is required to be installed on each ZOLL emsCharts for Windows device for them to be remotely administered.

emsCharts Windows Background Service Uninstaller - used to remove the Service from a ZOLL emsCharts for Windows device if necessary.

Diagnostic Tool Installer - used to install the optional Diagnostic Tool on each ZOLL emsCharts for Windows device to help troubleshoot issues with devices not connecting to the Remote Admin Tool.
